WolfCop has finally secured U.S. distribution. The film has already played at Cineplex theaters across Canada and screened at a variety of film festivals. But until now, it was lacking a stateside distribution deal.

WolfCop tells the story of Lou Garou a hard boiled officer of the law who is a bit of an alcoholic. But things change for Lou when he wakes up and discovers that he has been transformed into a werewolf. Along with the help of his partner, Lou works to uncover the cause of his sudden transformation.

WolfCop is written and directed by Lowell Dean (13 Eerie). It stars Leo Fafard (who had previously worked primarily as a camera operator) as the titular character and Amy Matysio (Chained) as Tina.

An official U.S. release date has not been disclosed. However, we expect that Image Entertainment will announce one in the near future as the film is complete and already playing in Cineplex theaters all over Canada.
