Pet Sematary Two is directed by Mary Lambert and stars Edward Furlong, Jason McGuire, Anthony Edwards, Jared Rushton, Lisa Waltz, and Clancy Brown. After a tragic accident on a Hollywood movie set, Jeff (Furlong) and his father Chase (Edwards) move to Ludlow, Maine, the doomed location of the first Pet Sematary. Chase sets up a veterinarian clinic while Jeff meets a new friend Drew (McGuire). Drew has his own struggles with a rigid stepfather named Gus (Brown), of whom was once in love with Jeff’s mother and has a severe dislike for his stepson’s beloved dog, Zowie. History begins to repeat itself as Jeff and Drew take Zowie to the infamous pet cemetery leading to a series of horrifying events in which all come to realize that, sometimes, dead is better.

This follow up to the successful adaptation of one of Stephen King’s darkest novels is again directed by Mary Lambert and is a fresh continuation of the terrifying ideas presented in the first Pet Sematary.
