Wind Chill Review [Rabid Dog’s House]

The Rabid Dog’s House is a recurring feature at Wicked Horror where contributor Justin Steele uncovers hidden gems, lost classics, and overlooked indie offerings. Flying solo or with the occasional guest, he will discuss an array of topics covering film, literature, and television. Check out the latest installment below. In this episode we’re looking back at 2007’s Wind Chill!

Directed by Gregory Jacobs, Wind Chill is a simple story layered with intriguing ideas. Emily Blunt and Ashton Holmes star as two college co-eds on a shared road trip during winter break. Unfortunately, an accident soon sets their plans awry. Stranded in an area known for its dark and cold history, the below freezing temperature is not the only thing these two students will have to fear in these haunted woods.
