Jason Voorhees is the deformed boy who drowned at the age of 11, at Camp Crystal lake. He saw his mother begin the reign of terror one Friday the 13th, and seeing her decapitated by a machete, Voorhees then proceeded to take over the series, returning to the camp to finish what she had started.
Victory Crowley is the deformed boy who was hidden away from the world by his father. When the house the Crowley’s live in became engulfed in flames with Victor inside, Mr. Crowley tried to break the door down with a Hatchet but ended up hitting his son in the face, killing him. Mr Crowley died of a broken heart while Victor roams the swamp as a vengeful spirit.
Both are big, bad, strong and have a face with the scare-factor. Jason may have the highest body count of all the killer horror characters, and experience to boot, but with an impressive newbie kill count and the strength of a bull, Crowley could be a good match.
If you were stuck at Camp Lake Crystal, or taking a swamp tour around the Crowley shack, who do you think you would have a chance in escaping from?
Kane Hodder, an American actor, stuntman and author, who played both of these characters. He portrayed Jason Voorhees in four films from the Friday the 13th film series; Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood, Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan, Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday and lastly Jason X. Hodder protrayed Victor Crowley (and Victor Crowley’s dad, Mr Crowley) in Hatchet, a role which he continued in Hatchet II and in Hatchet III.
WICKED RATING: 5/10 [usr 5]
