In this episode we’re looking back at 1986’s Extremities!

Extremities is a 1986 dramatic thriller following Marjorie (Farrah Fawcett), a woman assaulted in her car after working late one night. She manages to narrowly escape from the masked man (James Russo); however, Marjorie soon finds that there is little the police or her roommates (Alfre Woodard and Diana Scarwid) can do to help her. Her terror filled nights are followed by paranoid days knowing that the masked man has all the information he needs to find her again.

Adapted from the stage play by William Mastrisimone, Extremities is an effective thriller that examines what one is willing to do when faced with paralyzing fear and how strong one is capable of being when taking back their power. Extremities is for the horror fan that enjoys an ‘80s thriller featuring adult themes and tough issues still relevant to today’s culture.
