Far From Home is directed by Meiert Avis and stars Drew Barrymore, Matt Frewer, Richard Masur, Susan Tyrrell, Andras jones, and Anthony Rapp. Teenager Joleen (Barrymore) and her writer father (Frewer) are on the final leg of their summer trip back home. Unfortunately, they run out of gas in a small desert town where residents are turning up murdered. Joleen soon finds distraction between two boys (Jones and Rapp) competing for her attention. One wants her love, and the other just might want her dead.
